In 2007, she began working as an account manager, assisting groups with health, life, dental products and resolutions. She has also worked in Human Resources, dealing with employee benefits and payrolls for about 6 years.
Stephanie greatly enjoys the customer service aspect of her job duties; she likes to resolve issues which will hopefully be in her clients’ favor. She feels that timely communication is of utmost value to our clients and is tentative to their needs by responding back to them quickly, especially.
When she’s not working, you may find her at a sporting event that one of her daughters is participating in. She and her husband, their 3 daughters and their dog, enjoy the outdoors – especially in the warm weather. They reside in Waterford, NY.
